William Kohl

Billy has recently served as the Big Coulee District TERO Commissioner for the two years. He also served as TERO  Commissioner from 1995 to 1999. Billy states" starting out my employment life making $2.50 an hour I am glad to and will be an advocate for Dakota people in getting their chance at being whatever they could be and can be through employment, contracting, fair wages and fair competition".
